What Categories of Personal Data are Collected and Why

Most personal data is provided directly by you when you contact Lucas Media Group Ltd for information about the services we provide or when you apply for a job. We also create some personal data ourselves and obtain some personal data from other sources. We obtain it from other people and organisations, including some public sources, such as publicly available directories and other online resources.

Who has Access to your Personal Data and How is it Kept Secure

Access to personal data is controlled on a need-to-know basis within Lucas Media Group Ltd.

We take specific steps (as required by applicable data protection laws) to protect your personal data from unlawful or unauthorised processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage.

Lucas Media Group Ltd retains this information to the extent necessary for the management of your Lucas Media Group Ltd account(s), relationship, or as contractually required, including any stages of contract formation. When performing these services for our clients, on occasion, Lucas Media Group Ltd may pass your contact information on to a client where:

Where in the world is your personal data transferred to?

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.
